SHIPPING
Hilo team will process your order within 2-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with an updated order status and tracking number.
RETURNS
We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means unworn or unused, including its original tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at info@hilopr.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Please allow 2-3 business days for this process. If approved, you will receive a store credit valid for 6 months. Shipping fees are not refundable.
